  • Most of the time applications will open either day after our upcoming market or a week after our upcoming market – we make an instagram post which will give the details of the next flea.

    When we have two events in one month the applications may open one month prior to the future dates so vendors who can vend at both events get a discount on their booth.

    All vendors need to be 18+ to apply. The application to apply will be located in our bio!

  • We will start notifying applicants via email/DMs ONE DAY after the application closes. If you are not contacted one week after the application closes you were not accepted.

  • Yes, as long as you make a note on your application who you are sharing with!

    At this moment we unfortunately do not allow makers and food vendors to share a booth.

  • Yes, the waitlist will be posted at minimum two weeks before an event & it will be located in our linktree.

  • For PRE-PACKAGED goods, you will need a valid food handlers card for the State of Oregon and make sure you are following the Cottage Food Exemption Requirements.

    For foods vendors who will be COOKING/PREPARING ONSITE you will need a TRL & a food handlers card from the State of Oregon.

  • At this moment we do not offer permanent spaces to make sure everyone has an opportunity to be apart of the market – including both new and returning vendors. We will continue to rotate spots to keep things fresh and diverse!

  • For our OUTDOOR markets – no. You are responsible for bringing your own generator or power source. For our INDOOR markets if you need electricity/power please contact us to work it out as the Eleanor only allows low voltage power.

  • all booth fees are non-refundable or non-transferable to another event date or vendor. there is no exceptions. However if we must cancel an event due to weather or issues with the venue, you will be offered a refund.

  • All events are rain or shine unless its been communicated beforehand.

  • No, vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment. We do not provide any items or rent them out.

  • Cloud City Flea is a black & women owned flea that started in June 2024. This market focuses on handmade items like crochet goodies, handmade clothing, art, jewelry, ceramics, press on nails & more by young creatives around oregon. along with secondhand fashion like y2k and vintage

  • Our markets happen every month. They usually land on the third or fourth week of the month and since majority of our vendors are handmakers we want to give them enough time to build inventory.

    For more updates for our future markets on our instagram @cloudcityflea where it gives the details about our upcoming events. (date, time etc)

  • Our vendors range from unique handmakers to curated vintage sellers, speciality food items, trinkets & more ! There is just a bit of everything for everyone (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

  • Majority of vendors accept cash or e-payments such as Venmo and Zelle.

  • Nope! Cloud City Flea is free entry as always ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

  • Many of our events feature local food vendors (sweet treats & baked goods) or cafe drinks. Though we are working on getting more savory or meal vendors. Check our vendor line up for specific food vendors.

  • Unfortunately not. The event is to promote and showcase items from local artists and businesses around the State of Oregon. 

    When we host our sanrio & sonny angel events the buy, sell & trade is ONLY for trinkets such as (sonny angels, calico critters, smiskis and other blind box items. Buy, sell and trade is NOT for bringing clothing, art, handmade goods, etc its purpose is to add more trinkets to you collection. 

  • For our indoor markets only service animals are allowed but our outdoor markets are 100% dog friendly as long as your dog is on a leash & well-behaved!

  • All events are rain or shine unless its been communicated beforehand.
